How long will my press on nails last?

With proper application and care, our press-ons can last 1-2 weeks per wear and are resuable for up to 2 weeks, depending on maintenance.
What's included with my order?

Your custom or made-to-order nail set will come with nail glue or sticky tabs, cuticle stick, nail file, alcohol pads, nail buffer and instructions on how to apply your nail set.

What if I don't know my size?

What if I don't know my size? No worries! Our sizing kits are the best way to determine your exact fit. Alternatively, you can measure your nails at home using our measurement guide. But please note, we cannot guarantee accuracy without a sizing kit.
Do you offer custom sizes?

Yes! If your not sure what your nail size is, order a sizing kit from our website.

Processing and Shipping
What’s the turnaround time?

Made-to-order sets: 1-2 weeks* and Custom nail sets: 2-3 weeks*

Do you ship internationally?

Can I request a custom design?

Yes of course! Fill out the form on our Custom Nail Set page. After you've filled it out, we''ll get started on your dream nail set!

How do I process my custom nail order?
  1. Fill out our custom order request form or message us directly.
  2. We’ll confirm details and send a quote.
  3. Once confirmed, a non-refundable deposit is required to begin.
  4. Once we've received your deposit, we will begin sketching your design.
  5. You'll receive updates throughout the design process and a final approval before shipping.
How much will my deposit be?

Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance must be paid before shipping your nail set.
Do you provide sketches for custom designs?

Yes, we provide one complimentary sketch of your design idea after your deposit is paid. If you’d like any changes, we allow one free resketch. Additional revisions or new sketches after that are subject to a $15 resketch fee per request.

Are any purchases final sale?

Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, all sales are final. Please double-check sizing before placing your order.
Are deposits refundable?

No. All custom order deposits are non-refundable as they secure materials and time for your set.
