How long will my press-on nails last?
With proper application and care, our press-ons can last 1–2 weeks per wear and are reusable up to 3–4 times, depending on maintenance.

SIZING
We highly recommend ordering a sizing kit before placing a custom or made-to-order set. This ensures a perfect fit and reduces the need for adjustments.
What if I don’t know my size?
No worries! Our sizing kits are the best way to determine your exact fit. Alternatively, you can measure your nails at home using our measurement guide. But please note we cannot guarantee accuracy without a kit.
Do you offer custom sizes?
Yes! If your not sure what your nail measurements are, purchase a sizing kit here.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Can I request a custom design?
Absolutely! Fill out the form on our Custom Nail Set page. After you've filled it out, we'll move forward with completing your dream nail set!
How do custom orders work?
- Fill out our custom order request form or message us directly.
- We’ll confirm details and send a quote.
- Once confirmed, a non-refundable deposit is required to begin.
- Once we've received your deposit, we will begin sketching your design.
- You'll receive updates throughout the design process and a final approval before shipping.
How much is the deposit?
Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance must be paid before beginning your design.
Do you provide sketches for custom designs?
Yes, we provide one complimentary sketch of your design idea after your deposit is paid. If you’d like any changes, we allow one free resketch. Additional revisions or new sketches after that are subject to a $15 resketch fee per request.

What’s the turnaround time?
Made-to-order sets: 1-2 weeks*
Custom sets: 2-3 weeks*

Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the U.S. Stay tuned for international updates!
PAYMENT
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards and digital payments via our website.
Are deposits refundable?
No. All custom order deposits are non-refundable as they secure materials and time for your set.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the handmade and personal nature of our products, all sales are final. Please double-check sizing before placing your order.
