- Please purchase a sizing kit before committing to a custom nail set order.
- Turnaround time for custom sets varies depending on design complexity. Please plan ahead if you need them by a certain date.
- All custom orders require a 50% non refundable deposit full before production begins.

Sketch Policy:
A sketch of your design will be provided once we received a 50% deposit. One round of revisions to the sketch is included free of charge.
Additional sketch revisions will incur a $15 resketch fee per revision.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work, and custom sets typically require 2-4 weeks lead time.
